Vintage Pakistani Rug

This Vintage rug is an excellent example of Persian design. Hand-woven in Pakistan with hand-spun wool which has been dyed using organic vegetable dying techniques. The beautiful design has a large central medallion woven in cream, brown, blue and rust on a black open field. This is enclosed by four highly-decorative corners and a repeat pattern border, both woven with an array of floral and geometric motifs. Both the design and colour of this rug make is unique and so the perfect accent piece for any room. Suitable for modern and traditional homes.
