Antique Persian Koliai Rug

This beautiful Antique Persian Rug was handwoven in Iran with hand-spun wool which has been dyed using organic vegetable dyes. Traditional weaving techniques were used by master weavers to create this stunning one of a kind rug Circa 1880. Featuring a beige field with a stunning central medallion woven with intricate motifs in contrasting colours of blue orange and ivory. This design is then enclosed with highly detailed floral corners and a repeat pattern blue border. Both the design and colour of this beautiful wool rug makes it extremly desirable and the perfect accent piece for any modern or traditional home.
