New Traditional Afghan Kazak Runner Rug

A beautiful new traditional Afghan Kazak Runner rug, featuring a traditional tribal medallion design woven in accents of beige, blue, orange and green, through the centre on a red background. The design is then finished with a highly-detailed repeat pattern border that encloses the central design. Kazak Rugs are known for their vibrant colours and geometric patterns and designs, influenced by the Caucasian designs of northern Persia. This beautiful rug was handwoven in a workshops in Afghanistan. Only the finest hand spun wool and cotton have been used in the construction of this rug, dyed using a traditional organic vegetable dying methods.
