Rustic Orange Kilim Rug, Oriental Zig-Zag Carpet

This Orange kelim or kilim rug was handmade in the North of Afghanistan by Uzbek and Turkman tribes using local wool and cotton. The use of organic dyes enhances the quality of the carpet. The kelim shows a tribal design deriving from the Qashqai tribes of Iran. The main colours are rust, yellow, red, white, light blue.
