Persian Qum Pure Silk Rug

This masterpiece Persian qun silk pile rug features an intricately woven tree of life design with realistic animal motifs throughout. Beautifully woven with an ivory background with accents and detials woven in rich blue brown and orange accent colours. This unique design is then enclosed by an extensively detailed repeat pattern border. This fine silk rug was constructed in in the early 2000s however is still in beautiful condition with a thick silk pile. The construction of Qum rugs started to take off in the 1930s.
