Vintage Ziegler Design Rug

This magnificent area rug has been intricately designed. Luxurious Golds and rich reds have been paired to make this stunningly symmetrical interior carpet rug. Formal patterns of  floral motifs have been symmetrically woven and cascade across the whole centre of this rug, on a rich red background. On closer inspection, the floral motifs show realistic, precise shading, which cleverly draws the eye in to the delicate details. The Border has been woven using light creams and beiges with a continuation of the Floral Design Carpet and is  finished with a subtle cream fringe on two edges of the rug.
